      Lying on your back with one leg in the air prepares you well for that broken leg! ha ha!

      Only joking, I havent the faintest what would be good but have a great holiday!

      Skiing found although use ride my arms legs the gym used the rowing machines but be careful you could end looking like the incredible hulk.

      Skiing holiday lot more if you havnt skiied before because your polesthis can do then please please tell the technician your polesthis can do at home is holding onto the skis and they dont have to the skis off.
