What is the perfect lightweight clothing for winter sports, or4 LONG winter walks?

Of course we all want to be warm and continue exercing throughout the winter w/out all the bulkiness of a big coat, blobby boots if possible.
I do go to a gym however prefer the outdoors and don’t wanna miss out another season!
